When you order or purchase a service on Trip.ro or through other contact channels (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, etc.), we may request information such as:

• Identification data (ID card / passport)

• Payment and billing details (including bank card), e.g., personal ID number if required
• Nationality

For airline tickets: booking code, ticket number, airline, flight number, departure/arrival dates and locations, destinations, and fares.

For travel packages, hotels, transfers, rental cars, event tickets: reservation, voucher, hotel details, destination, price.

For travel insurance: destination, period, insured persons' data, policy, and price.

For compensation requests: full name, travel documents, flight details, copies of tickets/boarding passes, included passengers.

When creating an account on Trip.ro: full name, gender, email, phone, password, travel preferences, billing information, optional photo, booking history.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: email, full name.

If you post comments or reviews: your name and content may be publicly visible.

When you visit Trip.ro, we automatically collect:

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location
• Date and time of access
• Cookies, browsing and search history

Trip.ro uses your data only for legitimate purposes, including:

• Service provision – reservations, ticket issuance, sending vouchers.
• Communication – confirmations, travel information, recommendations, support.
• Customer relations – responding to inquiries via phone/email/chat/social media. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
